I have lived here two different times. The management now is much better than what it used to be. Service orders are taken care of promptly. Your neighbors make the experience. The kids can ride their bikes in the parking lot. The facility is always clean. Regular lawn maintenance every Thursday. I love living a block away from the beach. I share a garage with a great neighbor. The rate really is unbeatable for the area.
I want to share my experience at Harbor Village Apt homes in Port Hueneme. Its a very quiet environment and all of my neighbors are respectful.
