Went in with my stems needing adjusted. The optician kept stretching my glasses out more which in turn caused even more damage. Now my lenses are loose and the metal on my stem is stretched out from her doing this. So not happy about the service. After the second trip I kept telling the optician my lens is loose in my right frame. She’s trying to tell me she doesn’t think they are loose but they are I can feel it for myself. She comes out and adjusts it mind you my stem is loose again from her not knowing how to adjust them.... read more
