Was told my taxes would be completed on day of appointment. Make appointment for one hour and we’re still not completed. Call and email several times in the next 2 weeks and then was emailed that they were completed. Schedule an appointment today to sign documents- arrive to be told they are not completed yet. Asked for manager information and was given the regular office number. Worse customer service and lies all around. Won’t recommend or go back ever.

This is the worst company you can deal with. They DO NO STAND BEHIND ANYTHING. IT IS A FRANCHISE AND HIRE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

Does h&r block allow it's employees to do people's taxes and charge fees without consent? That's what happened to our family, we have been told"oops it's too late" and that we do not have a 3 day right of recission!!!! Horrible experience, criminal business practices
