WARNING H&R Block Heads are a total Rip-Off Our bill went From $132 to $438 for the same return.Please save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.You can't even post a real review on any H&R website.Go to any H&R Blockhead website and read all the glowing lol FAKE REVIEWS!!They also even use their own employees to post fake reviews on FB.Please go to YELP and leave a real review if you have been ripped off by them.
I’ve never been to this location. My fiancé went to do his tax return a few days ago and it showed up that we owe $500 for a advance we never took. Called them twice still haven’t heard anything about it being fixed yet. Checked his credit report it shows that this location gave the advance with a totally different address and name.
I just talked to someone in the Gladstone office and they were not helpful at all. I am having a issue with my Missouri state taxes.

I’ve used H &R for the last several years in Florida. I made An appointment for the one in Waldo and went there last night. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had getting my taxes done in my entire life! It was unprofessionalism they were rude they were yelling from the back of the office to the front desk.She did not know what she was doing! I would appreciate if someone from their office would contact me I’ve sent an email.
We used the online tax prep and because it was a self-employed tax return a tax pro review was required so that by the time my tax return was prepared/completed it was $100 MORE than last year!! I called the corporate office and filed a complaint that I still haven't heard anything about it. So I am done with H&R Block! I will be switching to one of your many competitors or using a CPA which will be cheaper than $239 for a single tax return!
