Not enough staff. Waited around a lot. Food was okay. Not worth the $20 “lunch special.”

I typically only write positive reviews, but this experience was AWFUL. The staff seemed very annoyed to have customers from the second we walked in. Typically when you order a Diet Coke you’re told it’s Pepsi products for a chance to change your drink…. That never happened. Still sitting here with no drink. They offered no explanation of how ANYTHING works. We told them it was our first time coming and they 100% don’t care. The food quality is absolutely garbage! The waitress let us know we would have two hours for kbbq and then let us know 30 minutes after wed started eating that the restaurant would be closing early so we didn't get the full two hours but still charged us full price :( the food at the buffet was also stale and not appetizing. There were a few flies and the AC started leaking on us in the middle of our dinner.
