the location on Pacific Ave. Lost my ring. I have a receipt and Nick has said I did not give it to him. I did, I have the receipt that he handed me. He did not try to make it right because he never loses anything so I must be wrong... rude
Horrible experience. I took a gold item in for a simple repair, and not only did they fail to fix it, they made the damage worse. When I pointed it out, the seller actually got angry and started yelling at me instead of taking responsibility. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just rudeness and hostility.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this jewelry store. The prices are outrageously inflated, the quality of the pieces is subpar, and the staff are blatantly dishonest in their sales tactics. They make false promises and completely misrepresent their products. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere — avoid this shop at all costs
WORST jewelry shop experience ever. The staff is beyond rude and completely unprofessional. I trusted them with my gold piece for a basic repair — they returned it DAMAGED. No accountability, no apology, just excuses and bad attitude. Do NOT bring your jewelry here unless you want it ruined. Stay away!
