Lived in Killeen for 3 years and I’ve never in my life rented from a company soooo money hungry !!! They will literally charge you for any and everything!!! It’s ridiculous! Don’t get me wrong the duplexes are nice but it’s not worth the high water bills due to sprinklers they control and all the other **! I got charged today because I had company with a dog for not even 30mins !!!! I’ve never gave these people problems nor have I been late on rent since I lived here !
