Went to HP Dental expecting basic service... like checking eligibility. Apparently that was too much to ask. The energy was off from the start and left feeling completely dismissed and unwelcome. asked if they accepted Medi-Cal the older front desk clerk said not for new patients, I then asked well what kind of Medi-Cal do you take ? She said from your job so handed her a old card that was in my wallet and told her that this probably is not the provider anymore but was willing to give her my SSN to check. Very clean office and really nice staff. I get nervous at the dentist from past negative experiences, but this place is great.
This place is the best Dentist I’ve been to in my 30 years of living, no joke. They are extremely organized and professional. The office is clean and in a good location in Little Saigon with pretty easy residential parking off of the main road, also conveniently located off several bus lines. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment, sometimes they even take me upon arrival even when I’m early.
