I have been a patient here since 2009 and will not be going back because of an extremely negative experience with the front desk. The women who work here are rude and inattentive. Best Eyewear Care in NYC! – I cannot speak highly enough about H Optics and the amazing service I've received! Last year, I got the news that I needed bi-focals...ugh. Up until then, I wore contacts almost all the time. Very trendy, yet not stuck up – I finally found an eye doctor for my entire family and friends. Clint at H Optics is a young yet extremely knowledgeable optometrist that gives you a thorough eye exam without the shortcuts, and takes the time to explain everything to you. Great service and good selection! – I found this great little optical boutique the other day during my walk to my fav coffee place on Orchard. The store is trendy/cool in green and although the selection is more limited than other stores, I found a few frames that I love and at reasonable prices!
