I’ve tried getting to a solution with Jim Wickline but he’s just not wanting to take the responsibility of the hood being defective. HO fibertrends, From what I read, they're high spoken for and seemed like friendly guys, so l ordered a 4" cowl from them. It showed up with a couple low spots which I expect from after market parts. After sitting in the sun for an hour, it sagged 1-2 inches. Body shop tried to repair it and it just keeps sagging from heat. I’m not very happy with the quality nor the customer service. The quality of this hood is very mediocre. It’s like they made it on a Friday 30 minuets before closing. Body shop has over 20+ hours in repairs on it. I’ve tried contacting them and sending all the screen shot Messages from the body shop of all the defects and bad quality of the hood. HO fibertrends wont return my emails. At this point Do NOT recommend them to anyone.
