Everyone there is really nice! My lazor hair treatment is quick and I'm seeing small results so far. :)

When a customer makes a complaint over the phone, having the receptionist laugh is the rudest thing. It's your job to only give good customer service. If you can't handle that, find a new profession. Also be careful going in. On my last visit I noticed my folder showed the doctor only giving me half the units discussed. After 5 years of treatment through other more experienced doctors, this was the one and only time I wasn't happy with my application. I'm going back to Rejuvena.
I had my first visit yesterday and it went really well! Kind and professional staff. We'll see how the results are--my procedure takes time to really be effective so I don't know how it'all go, but everything so far has been excellent
