Before scheduling any treatment, this provider contacts my insurance to inform me of what and how much of the treatment will be covered. They go over in detail all of the treatment options available, and discuss the payment plans. It was nice knowing exactly how much I would be responsible for paying. Dr. Trunnell will even call in the evening to check on how you are doing. He is available 24/7. I know because I have twice called him on a weekend with emergencies. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I drive 2 hours just to see this particular dentist as no other dentist I have ever gone to has taken the time or shown the skill level that Dr. Trunnell has. I highly recommend and encourage people to contact Dr. Trunnell for all dental health needs!!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Not at all, I said I was in pain, but they told me to deal with it Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Trunnel is a great dentist. My family and I have been with him for 24 years. Regular cleanings, fillings, a few crowns, braces on three kids. Allways good service, reasonable cost, on time appointments, and they have my trust.
