Dr. Crabtree's office REFUSED to order new imaging after a DUMPTRUCK pulled out in front of my dad while he was going 70 miles per hour. He was almost killed... But Dr. Crabtree's PROFESSIONAL OPINION is that the imaging he had is May is sufficient for treating the accident that happened in August. I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE. Dr Crabtree, Nurse Amy and all the staff were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Office was clean and nurse Amy was extra helpful with my dad when his pain was bad.
Dr. Crabtree took the time to thoughtfully explain my situation and answer all my questions. I found him personable, very knowledgeable and honest. All qualities I look for in a physician. His staff were helpful and prompt.
Doesn’t care about you or about how you want to get better. Didn’t discuss anything with me!! One of the WORST experiences in my life!!
Dr. Crabtree and his staff especially nurse Amy deserve 0 stars. Worst health care we have ever experienced.
