Extremely slow service do not take anything here. I dropped an engine off said they would have it readi the following week and called me almost 2 months later to say couldn't be fixed.
great customer service, accommodating, great staff
Nothing good to say at all. So after 3 weeks I'm just going to pick up my engine and take it somewhere else. That is if they answer the phone or someone is there to accommodate me, because it's been almost 3 weeks and I can't get a call back or reach anyone.
I took my 96 Geo Prizm head for a valve job about the first week of April. Paid $315. Talked to Alan. The valve job was half-a$$ed in 3 days so I took the head back around the second week of April to be re-worked. For about a month and a half they would promise to call me back saying that it was in work and almost done. For some reason Mac was answering the phone and saying that Alan had some kind of emergency every time i called.
