I ordered a new Xpress H20 Bass with lots of extras; H&M Marine made the process extremely easy. Tammy walked me through the process and helped me figure out exactly what I needed and didn’t need. Once the boat arrived Ron answered my thousands of questions and walked me through every inch of the boat. Fast and friendly service.
I needed Bimini Top to be modified because it wasn’t installed correctly by a dealership in Texas. I brought the boat to HandM and Ron looked at and said no problem. Also, I added a rod holder and cup holder near fishing seat. Ron Explained what needed to be done. The next week, I dropped the boat on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Very transparent and knowledgeable!
Made a deal.on a new 40hp, but they would not sell it to me unless they installed it. Canceled sale. Never heard of such stupidity. They sold me a 115hp, a couple years prior and just loaded the crate in my truck. Other dealers will sell in the crate.
