Great customer service! The owner Joel went above and beyond to make an issue I had with my trailer right! What sets a dealer apart after purchasing a boat is how they handle problems once they happen. They don’t forget about you once they have your money, they take care of their customers, and that’s what I would look for if I were someone looking to purchase a boat! Plus the xpress h18 is a pretty sweet rig!
Excellent customer service! I didn't purchase a boat from H&M. But i was fishing with a friend who had. We were fishing 4 hours from home when we had trailer issues. He drove 4 hours, on a weekend, to bring new tires and tow it back to their shop for repairs.
Very helpful and friendly staff answered all my questions loved it
