My Grampa lived at Falls Landing for over a decade: Always paid his rent early and never challenged promised repairs that were never done. He went into Hospice Care, and our family was asked to provide a Doctor's note stating he could no longer live independently in order to release him from his lease. He ultimately passed away. The onsite Manager said we had no further obligations. Best management company I have dealt with in a LONG time. I had hoped to find another of their properties. I wish I didn't need to move. They are top notch. Thank you Patti, Marsha, MARTY, everyone.

Well managed property. Maintenance team and office manager live on site. We have been here 3 years and are very happy. Update - 6th year here. We have been happy up until the last 2 years. Noisy people have moved in above us. Mother, grandmother and "jumping child" The noise won't stop and management has no resolution. We will be moving sooner than later.

Everyone is like family here. Management is helpful and prompt to all your maintainence needs. Been here since end of may ,and I love it. Quite comfortable,
