They have been AMAZING to work with and always honest! we typically get 2 opinions on replacements, and Holts has comeback with an honest in-depth way for us to not replace a unit and repair instead which has saved us a lot of money. Overall, I say Holts is a great company that will keep you in mind over trying to make a buck.
