This is my experience with H M Heckle & Co. I was interested in one of their Front Street, Downtown, one-bedroom properties that’s managed by them. When I was in the leasing office there was a tenant in their complaining to Ms. Shelly about the trash area and how it has their floor smelling due to an ongoing issue along with some other issues at her complex. PLEASE FIX DOOR LOCATED AT 266 LOFT ON THE 2ND FLOOR! THE DOOR HAS BEEN BROKE NOT CLOSING ALMOST A YEAR!! Living at Claridge House Condos under the management of HM Heckle has been an extremely disappointing experience. The most glaring issue is the complete lack of communication from management. Resident concerns are routinely ignored, and any attempt to get clarification or updates on building matters is met with silence or dismissiveness. I own a contracting company that has a signed agreement with this firm. We have not been paid invoices in 3 months. We have been forced to take action through the BBB and contact attorneys. Never do business with them.
