I own a contracting company that has a signed agreement with this firm. We have not been paid invoices in 3 months. We have been forced to take action through the BBB and contact attorneys. Never do business with them.

Disrespectful and shotty work. A 5 yr old can do a better maintenance job. At least they could have added new caulk and removed the rust old. Now water is going to seep behind the faucet and cause a problem. But what do I know I’m just a renter.
They are scammers ,they're not even hm heckle..they were bought out. They are now the same kind of slumlords management companies you see everywhere else. You can do EVERYTHING your lease requires and they will still try to charge you extra rent after move out and keep your deposit. I hope the State attorney General sues them!!
Shrein Webb is very inpatient and un professional. I was approved for a location and was 10 minutes late to the tour of my apartment. We'll she couldn't wait and left. Mind u we was supposed to meet the following week and she didn't answer her phone the day of. So when I arrived she wasn't there. I texted her how un professional she was and she said she stated after my text she would no longer rent to me.
