Living at Claridge House Condos under the management of HM Heckle has been an extremely disappointing experience. The most glaring issue is the complete lack of communication from management. Resident concerns are routinely ignored, and any attempt to get clarification or updates on building matters is met with silence or dismissiveness. I own a contracting company that has a signed agreement with this firm. We have not been paid invoices in 3 months. We have been forced to take action through the BBB and contact attorneys. Never do business with them.
Both managers and maintenance staff have gone above and beyond in meeting my needs. Very polite and helpful. Thank you
