I’ve been living in Owens Place for 5 yrs I recently experienced a main pipe valve problem and the management company didn’t take the matter seriously. Me and my daughter was getting up buckets of water for days not getting any sleep. We bought flood bags to protect damage being done but that didn’t help. Strong red flag experience. I applied for a specific apartment unit that was clearly assigned in my application. I also paid an application fee based on that exact unit. When I initially called, I was told I would need to pay an additional $350 to proceed. I clearly stated that I wanted to see the unit I applied for first. I was then given an appointment time, and I was never told that the unit would not be shown. Hello, I’m contacting you to formally express a safety concern regarding the recent winter storm. HM Heckle & Company has not treated the property for ice or snow, and the ice is still on the ground, creating extremely dangerous conditions. Residents have been getting stuck while trying to enter the complex, and people are slipping while walking to their vehicles. The hallways at 266 Loft is beyond health dept violation!!! Trash, sticky stains, smells the entrance gates are broken, the doors to come inside the complex are not locked so people can come in(not safe at all)! Ive had enough
