This is the third time using HM Brown and it's great. I met with Brandon to discuss what I was looking for. He asked about various makes and models to dial in what was in the market. We then dove into features that were available and what I wanted or didn't want. Brandon communicated well and frequently to provide me with choices in vehicles as well as payment and financing options. Brandon also facilitated getting my existing truck evaluated and traded in. I had a wonderful experience working with Brandon! This was my first time buying a new car. Before speaking with Brandon, I was feeling nervous and a little overwhelmed about navigating the car buying process. After my first conversation with Brandon, I not only felt very at ease but also excited to get started! Brandon made it possible for me to get my dream car. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.
I had a great experience working with Brandon. I had never worked with an auto broker before, so I had many questions. He answered all of my questions and helped guide me through my lease return with ease. I felt supported during the process. It was nice to not worry at all about the negotiation experience-- Brandon had my back there. I got into a new vehicle of the same make and model as my old lease, and ended up having a lower monthly payment on my new lease! I'm so glad I worked with Brandon at H.M. Brown & Associates.
We have now used Brandon to get us 2 SUVs and 1 Truck. Never in my wildest dreams would I think about bringing my toddler with us to a dealership to to car shop. But with Brandon he understands we have a family and needs to make our new ride will be the right fit for all of us and he is so patient with us and our toddler.
