Had 2 appointments in May. Was overcharged on the first appointment based on insurance EOB. On second appointment, billing office charged 2 co pays for same day. I paid my 35 copay and later received a bill for 35 for 2nd copay. When I called I was as told I was billed co pay on office visit and copay on injection. But the entire reason for visit was the injection. EOB rejected those costs and even added that to the EOB showing my cost was only 35 for services on 5/27. I would never recommend Dr Rogers to my family or friends . First I had to wait for almost an hour at his office to see him . Second he ordered an MRI for me and when I went to the diagnostic center . Found that they have put the entire order wrong by showing that I have to get the MRI done on left arm when my right arm was injured and he has seen me twice before . I have wasted my weekend . This is my first bad experience I have ever had .

I had shoulder surgery around 4 years ago. I was scheduled for 10:30 am. But I didn’t get in until after 2 pm. I sat there with an IV in my arm all day. I believe I had too much meds to put me to sleep. I didn’t come out of it very easy. They told me my lungs filled up with fluid and was afraid I was going into congestive heart failure. I remember telling my recovery nurse to let me die. They kept me over night and until 5 pm the next evening. I saw a doctor that was on call twice that I remember in that time frame.
