Stay far, far away. Our house and the neighborhood were both nice. We had issues with repairs being made timely the entire time we lived in the property. Despite giving the notice as required in our lease, cleaning the house, and having the carpets professionally cleaned, my security deposit was not returned. I have followed up on 3 separate occasions and more than 60 days have passed. The management company has no regard for the laws of the state or just common decency.
I would definitely agree with the reviews already posted. The property management Clarence Haines is very unprofessional. In calling to get repairs done I was constantly put off when finally showing up to fix the issue after several phone calls and promises he was intoxicated and using profane language in front of my children. I would never recommend this property management to anyone!!!
I would not recommend this landlord. I agree with the last review. This is very unprofessional property management. He beleives in texting instead of talking to you by phone. I had a extensive water leak in which my bill was 1000. The landlord refused to pay anything on this bill and expects me to pay for a bill that was due to a malfunction toliet. Beware the property is very nice but maintanence is not up to standards. Any bills you accure as a result of shabby plumbing will be entirely on you to pay in FULL.
The property we rented was very nice and that wasn't an issue. However, we feel the issues all involved maintenance and the owner's lack of professionalism. For example, It took about two weeks to get a major appliance fixed. And the owner prefers to communicate via text message than through a phone call, which is extremely unprofessional (texting is for friendly communications- not ones that involve business and/or landlord tenant relations).
