Do not rent from the owner of this company Clarence he is a perv he told me his whole life story within 5 min of meeting him including his sex life. Not only that he asked to meet at my house to "see how i live" in his words and proceeded to go through my entire house including bathrooms and closets CREEPY!!! The next morning he declined my application and took my $100 with no basis.
