I went to the nail salon this morning to have my nails done. The technician (the petite lady with the ponytail) assigned to me had never done my nails before and seemed unhappy to provide the service. She appeared passive-aggressive from the start. She began by soaking my nails and then forcefully tried to remove the acrylic, causing me pain. The worst nail salon in the Bronx , they had me wait 45 mins to tell me they couldn’t do my nails , I was the only one that couldn’t get them done there was people behind me and she didn’t tell them anything , they are very rude and they don’t do good nails at all , everytime I go they send me to some guy name Andy which he is very bad at doing nails, they also have people working there that are not licensed 🙄 I would never in my life go there again.
