H & L provided excellent service. There was no charge to be appointed in Carroll County. Once I submitted H & L with the signed order and service packet they perfected service and sent me a notarized affidavit of service within 48 hours. Communication was prompt thru the whole process as well. I highly recommend them!

Don’t waste your time with this company/individual. Very unprofessional and looks for a quick paycheck. We reached out to this company when the Marshal had difficulty serving the defendant after numerous attempts so we thought we would try this private process server. We sent them a message to explain our situation with the marshal services and without even replying back to my inquiry he emailed me an invoice.
