Very rude and extremely unprofessional. Brought our perfectly fine working truck just for an oil change with NO check engine light or any sort of indication of a major problem. After we dropped the truck off, they claimed the DEF tank/pump was "not working" and the check engine light was on. After a rude phone call and a hazy explanation, they made us replace it for $950. Horrible RV service here. This shop was hired to fix a "low power" issue with my RV. They supposedly cleaned the DPF & DOC and test drove it around the parking lot. It ran fine and drove fine until you get on a hill or a highway. The RV needed to be test driven on a highway and they would have found out that their repairs did nothing to fix my engine issue. Also, these mechanics got black greasy hand prints on my white RV mattress when they removed it to access the engine beneath. Overall, I rate this place a big fat zero an... read more
