I have been a loyal customer for at least 10 years. I woke up today and my heat wasn’t working, I called HL Fuel and the receptionist was very friendly and said both techs were already out but that she’d put in a ticket and someone would call when he was on his way. Less than an hour later the dispatcher (I really wish I got her name) called me to let me know the tech was headed to my home. Always accommodating. Have treated me fairly and are reasonable with pricing.
Everyone I've dealt with at HL over the past few years they've serviced my house has been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have always taken good care of me and gone out of their way to make sure I have fuel (even when it's been my mistake to let my tanks get low!) Their technicians are experts and do artful work with installations!
