Is going to be 10yrs this November with the same printer, and is best decision we ever made for our small practice. We get a quick response for any issues and also we don't need to pay any extra for the ink. The 2 previous companies we had were really a hassle. This company is really reliable and always available. I really recommend them for your small or big business.
Love my new Canon MFP copier! Slightly used but in mint condition works great, does everything they told me it would. I had a question about setting up a user and a real person guided me through it over the phone. I recommend these folks to anyone.
