RecommendedVery professional and work done as promised in the timeline given. Staff is friendly and always willing to listen. Andrew Randall is by far the best service manager I've encountered as an owner of two chevy vehicles. I would recommend Andrew and this dealership without hesitation!
Lou was an amazing sales guy! The GM Dave was great as well! They were both so helpful, not pushy and really sweet. After having a terrible experience at another dealership the night before, the way they treated me was refreshing and is the main reason I leased my truck! I highly recommend this dealership!
Sales and service are always the best
Have been a customer of H&L Chevrolet for about 20 years. We use them mostly for repairs. Andrew & Nagi are great to work with, very fair & as helpful as they can be regarding the repairs and alternatives is possible. We also purchased a used Suburban from them many years ago and it was a great car!
We were out of state on vacation and we were experiencing issues with our truck. My husband called this dealership and they were able to work us in and were able to get his truck fixed within a few hours. They worked diligently with us and had us back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We have never been to a dealership that has excellent customer service like this one.
