I let the service department know that my remotes weren't working. They asked me to sign for a $200 plus charge to diagnosis the problem. But I didn't have time to wait for that, so I told them not to worry about it. I went home, googled the issue, bought new batteries for the remotes for a couple dollars, changed the batteries in a few minutes, and the remotes now work perfect.
