Cheap & good quality first time customer, no complaint so far. Very affordable, nice people. Car serviced: 1998 Camry. It's cheaper than many places. I speak Chinese, communication with them is not a problem for me. It's great to talk to Willie, very experienced mechanic
Recommended auto service This place is not easy to find. I drove by without realizing it twice. It's on the other side of the car wash Apex. Other than this, all went ok. I brought my car there around 7:00PM with appointment for window glass repair. Willie worked very hard to help me--honestly, I never seen anyone work so hard in their business. Very good service and quality, can improve! I can't be happier with the quality of service and the price!! A++ But, apparently, it seems that there are only 3 main technicians (plus one other guy who's probably an assistant). They are quite efficient and fast. The older man has so much energy and works like a superman, running here and there; I guess he's probably the master technician there. Real auto repair pro! Overall, a nice small shop with experienced and friendly technicians. They serviced my husband's truck really well. Price was super reasonable! We got tires, alignment, and water pump done there. Also, Willie rebuilt the screws for us and fixed the leaking, saved us much money. Only thing needs improvement is space. Yet, it's small but it's good.
Truely great technicians I just discovered this shop and had my car serviced there. I really like it. I was told that the guy Willie who did the timing belt and water pump for me had been working in the business for over 30 years and those are his specialties. Great shop!!! It was really a bad day last Friday--my wife's 03 Outback was broken into parked outside of Wholefood. Expert Auto was closing when we drove by around 7PM. We brought the car in. These mechanics are quite friendly and helpful. The guy named Charles fixed everything for us in less than 30 minutes with an older technican's help (whose name don't remember, they seemed to call him something like Sook) I was told that we were lucky cuz they had in stock the window glass for our car model that day and didn't have to ... read more
