Do not overcharge for having a rollback pick up your car 20 miles away & charge $6 a mile. Way too excessive.
Before obtaining your car after being towed, please call Pohatcong (or Phillipsburg or whichever town PD) Municipal offices and verify the actual price you are legally required to pay. I was told I owed 180 for a tow and 45 a day storage when I called H & K on Saturday morning after being towed on Friday night. They quoted me $325 to pick up the car Monday morning because they were closing at 12 noon and would be closed until Monday. They are a wonderful business and take care of their customers in a sound and timely manner, the other reason is that they are family members of mine.
