Dr. Cooper and his entire staff were great as they exhibited great skill, expertise, professionalism and patient care.
I requested a gel injection for my knee because the cortisone didn't work. I have pain 24/7. Dr. Cooper's office requested insurance authorization. After three weeks of waiting, my insurance denied the claim because the doctor's office told them the injection would be provided by a pharmacy. The insurance will only accept if the doctor agrees to provide the medication. I called the office and spoke to Hauron, who was very helpful.
