Dr. Wisnicki took my insurance, has many years in practice and gave me assurance of a no big deal strabismus surgery. He never discussed risks and only told me what I wanted to hear. Adult strabismus nightmare! If you need a doctor with an over-inflated ego and the hands of a kindergartener rather than an esteemed surgeon, Dr. Jay Wisnicki is your man! Botched eye surgery which has resulted in distortion of vision, esthetics, and chronic pain. Two weeks ago I had strabismus surgery under Dr. Wisnicki. From the moment I woke up in the recovery room my double vision was gone, my eyes were aligned, and 3D vision restored. It was like a miracle, though seemingly routine for Dr. Wisnicki. My double vision resulted from a head injury many years ago and I had thought it unfixable.
