Dr. Jabbour assisted me in the beginning of my claim. After that, he rushed me off the phone in a few minutes for a fee of $160.00 for follow-up appointments. I asked him for a Disability Benefits Questionnaire, and he did not want to do it. He finally agreed, then played me off and did not do it. Wouldn't even return phone calls. I also asked him for my counseling notes, no response to that either. He does NOT care about veterans, only the money. If it requires a little work, he does NOT want to do it.
