We got takeout a few weeks ago. The Philly cheesesteak was so dry and unfortunately not well-made. We’ve never had that experience before at this location. We decided to try it again yesterday and the food was fantastic. We asked them who was on the grill and they said John. That is why it was fantastic! He is the best cook. Thanks for making our meal so enjoyable. Glad John is back.

Mr Sholar, I am sorry your experience was so upsetting. As I explained the .59 cent SPLIT charge is for all orders under a 30 piece count. This is set by the franchise. As far as the wrong amount on your card, you are correct that the server should have given you a new receipt for the item she failed to ring up. I did void the drink and I did correct your check.
