great customer service. if you need an odd size tire they can find it.
The other day I took my husband here because this is where my father told me to take him.. We get there and the guys tell my husband it’ll be $25 to patch EACH tire on 18” rims. I called to talk to the manager and he said depending on the size tires, they are more... but for 18” tires, they are $9. He obviously needs to have a talk with his guys so they can be on the same page. They will rip you off!! Don’t waist your time!!! All the guys that work there are very cool guys. I try to like this place since I can look out my front door at their shop. I like to support local business but the owner is as rude as he can be. He acts like you’re bothering him when you go inside and ask questions. I’ve bought a new set of tires there AND have had my brakes and alignment done across the street. Crying shame the owner is the reason I’m going to go elsewhere even though they’re so convenient for me. Sir YOU are BAD for business.
Hometown individual who has made a place for his business here thru fair practices and reasonable prices. He is obviously concerned about our city in the way he makes his business clean and attractive. You can trust this man to do a good job!
Bought 2 new tires, ended up getting a bubble in one and they would not replace nor discount to help me get a new one. Totally rude and told me I had to have hit something which I did not and I am the only driver. Would not even offer to help. New tires were a week old! Firestone offered a discount even though they did not sell me the originals. Used them for years but wont be going back!
We got 4 new tires and an alignment. Was in and out in about an hour. Great prices and customer service. Will most definitely go back again.
Had my car inspected. Waited on me as soon as I got there. Out in no time. Will go back to have my a/c checked out
Great prices and great employees! Been going there for almost 30 years!
