Worst service by Frank. He's verbally abusive throwing the f word nonstop at me because he got called on a warranty call. No I don't owe one penny and I'm not looking to make money off this. I called for over a week with a complaint of no hot water. The water has been Luke warm since we got the system but no seemed worse. Finally through CFC I got a call back. The owner Frank came to the house and withing 5 minutes came from the basement. When I asked if it was all set every other word out of his mouth was "f".
