Charlie Hankins and H&I Construction/Remodeling Inc. are wonderful! Our experience with Charlie and friends stems from a kitchen fire involving a built-in double oven on a self-cleaning cycle. Fortunately, we were in the kitchen area and were able to call 911 immediately. Despite being a contained fire, the damage was extensive. Everything in the kitchen breakfast area was damaged. Charlie Hankins was excellent to work with. Following water damage to our condo, Charlie worked closely with our insurance company (State Farm). He met with the adjuster at our place and carefully worked through the damage with the adjuster. State Farm promptly approved Charlie’s estimate.
