Horrible experience with this office , don’t think the doctor has any idea what is going on in his office. Background: this is my BFF after a motorcycle accident with a spinal cord injury, dependent on a Foley catheter. Sent a message 12-29-24 in regard to possible UTI and multiple issues with foley , followed up with 2 more messages with no response and then to our surprise on 2-13-25 a message appeared asking if we still needed anything, I told her to tell them she died from sepsis due to negligence from her care provider…... read more
