Horrible experience with this office , don’t think the doctor has any idea what is going on in his office. Background: this is my BFF after a motorcycle accident with a spinal cord injury, dependent on a Foley catheter. Sent a message 12-29-24 in regard to possible UTI and multiple issues with foley , followed up with 2 more messages with no response and then to our surprise on 2-13-25 a message appeared asking if we still needed anything, I told her to tell them she died from sepsis due to negligence from her care provider…... read more

Recently saw Dr Lai for Botox treatment on my bladder. I scheduled to complete in office. They had difficulty completing procedure because he failed to read previous notes or check himself in the required evaluation appointment that I need dilation of my bladder. After spending less then 2 minutes with me I was told I have to reschedule for outpatient surgery. I had already kept an appointment with my previous urologist, they completed the procedure in office no issues a week later. His nurse Michelle is very abrasive and la... read more

He has done 2 surgeries on me now both he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him.
