We just had to put our diabetic 17 year old loving cat down. Every time we had him tested at H&H it was full blood screening test for $150. All we wanted was a glucose test to determine if his insulin level were correct. We changed vets and had glucose only test (like what humans have) and we found that he needed three units instead of the one unit H&H's tests indicated.
