1st and a last time in this place. Loves didn’t have an experienced enough mechanic to do the job, so I found this shop. They replaced an air hose and fitting at another hose. Charged us $650 for the Labor, probably more than a dealer would (not talking about price for overpriced parts). I asked what is their hourly charge, said 115/hr. We was there no more then 3hrs. The owner is top notch and got me back on the road quickly
Don’t use this place. This is the most unprofessional group I have ever met. Not only will they lie to you they won’t answer your phone calls when you call them. They had my axle to my boat trailer for nearly 3 weeks and continued to give me the run around on ordering a replacement axle. I’m assuming the manager gets all calls forwarded to his personal phone because he is the only person who ever answered my calls. I called him multiple times and he would tell me that he was either busy, at an appointment or out of the offic... read more
BS shop and guys. Their service is trash. They didn't admit what they did and even they didn't refund our money for trash service
