What a awful place. Went in to get 1 new tire. Stood around for 15 mins. No one bothered to even greet me. The people calling in are more important than if you show up with cash looking to actually purchase something. Won't ever go back. Go to Big O tires.
Great Mechanics, but had a horrible experience with the management. I have been a customer for 5 years and spent thousands of dollars at their maintenance and tire shop. Today I took a taxi at lunch to pick up my vehicle. I'm an active duty SFC and was in uniform. Their Internet was down and unable to process the payment/ paperwork. I said that I would come back later today and settle my payment(remember I have done business here multiple times) and they refused to give my my vehicle. These people are wonderful! Just purchased a truck (that I absolutely LOVE) and didn't have to deal with all the run around! I will do business here again, and I strongly encourage everyone who is looking for a vehicle or car maintenance to check these guys out first! Thank you guys!!
