Funny about the family that had a bad experience. First, let me start by saying this. I am a nurse. I know what nursing entails, I also know how to manage and compromise. I have a son on a ventilator and he was difficult to staff when he came home... you know what Shawauna made every effort she could to help us. The most critical days(when we first discharged) she pulled people out of a hat for us. We sacrifice because our kid is worth it. I have worked with the company for two years and I still love working here. Here they treat you like family and not just any employee. The work environment is comfortable and it is a stress-free zone.
I had to give the one star just to be able to comment. They don't even deserve that . Worst company every .make false promises, can't provide coverage and the nurses would rather eat your food and watch TV. Absolute joke of a company. Scheduler was a joke as well. Had to ask every day and night if we would have a nurse it felt like.
