Just wanted to give Kyle a shout out for doing a job well done. He came to do the annual maintenance. Kyle was punctual, respectful, polite, and very, very very pleasant! He even put new batteries in the thermostat!! Love doing business with H&H!
Last Friday at 2:53 in the morning my carbon monoxide detector went off. I was sleeping on the second floor and rushed down to turn the oil boiler off in a smoke filled room. I opened the doors to let the smoke out. I had a very busy day and called H&H Plumbing and Heating after their closing time 4:00. I lucked out and got the general manager Kate. This company is simply amazing! First there is Kate. She is pleasant and works hard to make sure that your needs are met. Tom Doherty is the most skilled professional and well respected man who knows what's going on with your system in a time efficient manner and works hard to follow through on the solutions.
