There was a day they were testing fire alarms. Harrison brought an entire group of people into my apartment without asking permission or letting me know. Did it while I was sleeping very early in the morning. He then told me to clean my room. Another day the maintenance crew were yelling at full volume at 7am and smashing equipment into their trucks. When I called and asked about the laundry they told me that it wasn’t my problem, and that I had to call and schedule maintenance. For the equipment that I am not responsible for. That phone call took an hour.

The maintenance crew takes the residential parking spots when they have their own drive ways which residents of the apartments are not allowed to park in or else they are towed. The landlord does nothing to help in the way of complaints and defends the maintenance crew. They smoke outside the windows all day and then the apartments all get memos about not smoking near the building and no one from the building ever did. Upon leaving they refused to give back my security deposit and have been withholding it because I have been... read more
