Worst roof replacement experience we've ever had. Met with a rep early April, and when he took a look I asked if we could do this mid-June (15th or thereabouts). Ultimate scope was roof, gutters, and storm door. Was told that would be fine. Spoiler alert: it was not fine. I understand that some delays may happen, so I gave about a month of grace to get in touch or get it done before I reached back out.
