Started good. Communication was not great and got worse as the project went on. Crew did a good job on roof. Broke a few things as they took the shingles off and did the bare minimum. Did good cleaning up. Biggest issue was the lack of communication. Would to weeks before hearing anything back.
You get what you pay for. We went cheap and it was a disaster. We removed the junk, I called Billy at H&H and they delivered with quality and very efficient in getting it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend.
Had H&H put on a new roof 4-5 months ago. Taylor was great explaining everything and getting things set up. I just wish they would have it at least where one person could speak English. It makes it easier to communicate when they keep leaving the gate open and your dog escapes. They also didn't do a very good job running the magnet to pick up nails. Now, 5 months later I find out that the Job wasn't done correctly and part of my roof would have to be redone. Same thing with my next door neighbors roof. Thank goodness for Ton... read more
