Wow… I walked in for a gel polish change and was led to a very dirty nail station where my first nail tech answered 2 Facebook messages and a FaceTime call while trying to work on my nails. I was cut with the nail drill because he was going too fast trying to remove my old polish. Along with this, one of my finger nails split due to him cutting them too fast.
