Room not as pictured. Room was clean, but uncomfortable. The mattress was torn, and shot. Mattress tag dated 1997! Bathroom sink clogged. The smoke detector had been removed. Room smelled terrible, but they had put a scented candle in the room. None of the windows locked. We checked out early because going home early was better than continuing our vacation. Staff was more concerned about a bad review than improving our experience.
Horrible! Do not stay here! The beds were urine soaked, the windows did not lock, the place was filthy. Looks like a meth hangout. The linens were dirty. Looks like a huge dog lifted it’s leg on the walls and beds. Everything about this place is gross, not to mention the notice on the door about it being unoccupied able due to the fact it is sitting on a sink hole!!!! Stay away!!!!!

nothing like the pictures on line. our room smelled awful, the carpet was frayed and stained and there were exposed outlets and extension cords running the heat. we booked a king room but found out on our way there that they changed us to a queen. we didn't even stay it was so gross!
My husband made a reservation. 4 hours later cancelled because I was put on oxygen due to my COPD. Only got 2 small bottles for travel. Our reservation was for 2 nights. They charged us for almost $180.00 for 2 nights we didn't even get to enjoy. I just hope nobody else gets mixed up with this rip off place. Must be desperate for them to do people the way they do. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!#
Felt unsafe, broken window, broken switch/plug plate, cob webs, trash, dirty, and they wouldn't refund our money!
There was poop on my bed. Poop. I was too scared to look under it. I got a fresh blanket and a 10% discount for POOP on the BED. Don't forget the moldy shower curtains, pink fuzz growing in the shower, blood stained towels, holey sheets with ink stains, and sticky carpet. It's a miracle the Health Department hasn't shut this place down. The only reason we stayed was no vacancy anywhere else.
