I have been a customer for 13 years and had my system installed by them. As a loyal long standing customer I called them to swap out a simple capacitor on my Air Conditioner. They charged me $183 for a $14 part (a 1300% markup) AND a $79 service fee for 10 minutes of work. More then double the price of $120 that I was quoted by ATL Air in Mableton!
