Good Day to All Hard working truckers. Here is My experience with this shop. So, besides these people are "honest", "friendly", "helpful" etc., you may read in other "five stars" reviews here some more details may help You to avoid be trapped in this "shop". Worst service ever. I initially had my truck towed here and told them I need the turbo checked out. After waiting for my truck, patiently & politely following up regularly to learn that there’s been no change and/or they haven’t had time to look at it, I decided to bring elsewhere. Tracy had no remorse, just attitude and had the audacity to tell me ‘never call the towing side on my behalf’ after repeatedly getting no return calls or a follow up text. Bad service, lie about what they can do, and after they can fix my vehicle, they try to charge me $2500.00 for storage when they can get it fix, I just let them keep my car, I feel like they stole my vehicle.. so sad people stolen things like that.
They know their stuff and are honest with their repairs. Didn't try to fleece with charges or fixes. Thank you H&H.
Friendly, very helpful, very professional... They sort out my truck problems, fixed them and call me two days earlier than when they said it will be ready...
